We also typically own the land and improvements at OTR convenience locations.


Combined, our national property holdings have landmark presence and considerable value. A majority of our property assets are managed in-house by Peregrine Property, a team experienced in leasing, property management, development and property law, while the high rise office buildings are managed by top tier international property agencies.


With a significant holding of development land our property team is responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of these development projects.
